I edited the photo in Akvis Sketch on the Colored Pencil setting. Then I blended that onto paper by Raspberry Road Designs. Did lots of adjustments with backlighting and sharpening and unsharpening and fill flash. Added frame and flowers, also from Raspberry Road Designs. Wordart was a freebie by Elegant Wordart By Bethany.
