I started with the waterfall pic & added a vertical texture. The musical elf is a pic from Deviant Art called Saimain by Saimain. I coloured it blue & added a puzzle texture then blended it into the background.

Green lillies extracted & turned in to an oil painting. Green leaves extracted & added a touch of impressionist. For the girl in yellow Watercolour & diagonal texture. Frog has been blended in using the opacity to make him appear behind the mist. Paint.Net & Photoscape.
