Made for kate's In My Opinion Challenge I tried to make my page look attractive but then I thought child abuse is not pretty or attractive. So that is why it is in black, grey and white.. Abuse should not happen to anyone but especially a child........

Picture of child is from flickr dot com I choose an effect called peeling paint at dumpr dot net to make the picture appear to be peeling. The picture of the girl is from flickr the dad took a picture of his own daughter and then added the slashes in her face. It was his way of showing the effects of child abuse.. I only added the peeling affect..

I want to thank you all for your comments.. Child abuse is a hard thing to talk about. But it needs to be brought out in the open.. Some do not realize they are doing it unless it is brought to their attention.. Again thank you...
