I edited the photo in Akvis Sketch and then took it to PSE6 and edited it further in Topaz, Lucisart and Nik Color Efex. Lots of duplicating and erasing. Quote by Annie's Little Footprints (thanks to Stacey/Scrap Cooper for that info). Font used is Impervious. Little hearts by Nikki Beaudreau (recolored by me). I included the original photo so you could see the change made in editing.
