Today I managed a goal and lost 30 lbs in 3 months and I am very happy for my achievement. Thank God for giving me the strength. To celebrate I am going on vacation with my family back on June 11. Yo ya logré bajar esas 30 libras, sé el esfuerzo, dedicación y disciplina que se requiere, así que en cuanto esté bien de todo, iniciaré una nueva dieta, vale la pena definitivamente.
