This is a vintage photo I won on eBay several years ago. It was a fairly poor quality image, but this woman just spoke to me. I wonder what her life was like? Was she happy? Were there a lot of people who loved her? I'm trying to keep a tiny little part of her alive through owning her picture and through now posting it here. I'm entering this in the Beautiful Women challenge because I think she truly is beautiful. And to me, her eyes really do say ... "I never wanted to go away ..."

I've included the scan of the original image for you to see. I edited it in PSE6 and then went back into PSP to create the page. I used three overlays by Studio Berna, with different blending modes. And then added a touch of magic by Vera Lim and blended that. Quote is from the book, "Little Women" by Lousia May Alcott. Spoken by Beth.
