About this scrapbook page: |
This page was inspired by the 'Flood 2009' challenge hosted by Mystic_Mom. Living close to Selkirk Manitoba, where the waters are slowly rising, it's heartwarming to see the volunteers come out in full force. Thanks for the opportunity for making this page, and thanks for taking the time to look.

This pictures were taken from WinnipegFreePress.com, and CBC.ca. The snowman and snowflake tubes are preset tubes in PSP X2. Though the volunteer poem used by Tina Hamilton was in referrence to those associated with the Hamilton County Juvenile Court in Ohio, the words still ring true for Volunteers everywhere. Thanks to all the volunteers working together to protect the homes along the Red River's gorgeous shores.
