This is for the funny customer service challenge, I am probably saying too much here, but I have been on everyside of customer service, some of you may appreciate the humor,it's not an easy job, but just as frustrating at the other end of the phone..........of course all these cats are in the same, boiler room/call centre, these places are all over the world, pretending to be local, not easy.............and sometime very frustrating for the client
