About this scrapbook page: |
i'm a worrywart so i read about how to stop worrying - i wrote some of what i learned along with some personal experiences. In principle, quite easy to stop worrying but really quite hard to do. in any case, it's important to know when to get help. done for rideascrapbook's worry challenge. thank you for any comment or vote.
