BG is Mrs Jordan's Stash, Flowering field. Image from the web, John Duncan's Coming of the Bride. I lowered the opacity, and blended it into the BG, also used photographic effects of inner glow. RedGrannyDragon's star. The frame did not have a designer name just 4.
