This page was scrapped for the Famous Family Challenge. Clyde Beatty was a cousin on my fathers side of our family. I never met him but as a child he was very famous as a Lion Tamer. He would appear in a cage with a gun strapped to his leg and a bull whip. He was a small man (barely 5 feet tall) so this was supposed to demonstrate his courage. My dad had met him and used to talk about him alot when I was a child. Thanks for looking and commenting.
