Inspired by Jaelop's photo sketch effects. I tried doing mine , played around and made a colored sketch. hihi.Hope it looks great to you. I posted a tutorial in my blog on how I did the effect on my daughter's photo.

i did the editing in ado cs2. Got embellishments on the lower part from Blue Dreams design. I honestly forgot where I got the wordart. I think from digiscrapdepot. It's beautiful! If anybody knows whose design itis. Please tell me so I can give him or her credit.
