This scrapper's name "ToeJam" intrigued me from moment I saw it! Thought this is quirky enough to deserve a Quirky Name Award!! This will be a surprise to ToeJam - hope not toooo big a one - & hope it brings her a chuckle. Done with Photofiltre. Use Cleopup's Award page, as outlined in the requirements, to make all my elements, alpha & frame. I extracted Toejam from one of her pages and the quirky shoe that I think fits is a freebie from the net. Sorry Cleopup for messing up your super award so badly - but then you said we could! :)
