Ellie's Grandmom (my sister Nancy) took this photo of Ellie on the beach in Newport News, VA. Nancy is in the air now, on her way back to Vietnam. As she looks back upon her short time with her girls in the States, I hope she is able to "not cry because it's over, but smile because it happened." That's sometimes hard to do, but it's a wise perspective to have. Quote is by Dr. Seuss.
