Picture from the internet altered in PSC2.
Using ellipse tool, in overlay mode, to add highlight to small fairies, large fairy's head & unicorn horn.
Then using artist filter: plastic wrap, covered all the picture and framed it using a sbf frame by the 2 mrs sumners.
