About this scrapbook page:
My father has recently suffered from a rare autoimmune disease known as Guillain-Barre Syndrome which has caused paralysis of his arms, legs, among others. For a month we practically lived in the hospital, with my father confined in the ICU for three weeks. He was brought home last April 16 and this photo was taken to celebrate the day (april 23), he started to write (though wobbly) in cursive again.
