About this scrapbook page: |
When I was young, I was intriged with the space program, by 1970 however, I had lost interest. When it became apparent, that an urgent solution was needed to save the astronauts lives, I followed the news for days - until they returned home safely. When the solution was found that might work, I was astounded to realize, that what seemed to be an overwhelmingly complex problem, turned out to have an extremely simple solution.

Love you photo and page...I live only 55 miles south of Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral. My husband worked for 20 yrs with the Shuttle program and I was lucky enought to meet some of the astronaunts. You can get many photos at NASA.com.
