I made this page for the Photo effect challenge

The picture I took of my grandaughter and her little friend at her birthday part.

The programe I use is Photoshop 7 and used a Flourescent Chalk effect because it made the girls look just like a cartoon drawing that I thought suited them perfectly. I think the effect came with the programe because I dont know how else it would have gotten there.

The kit I used is by Blushbutter and is called Gentle.
