I made this page for the No Smoking challege and because I used to smoke and know just how hard it is to quit but I did quit and have been smoke free for 6 years and I have never regretted quitting cause I now know I will be here to raise my kids. You can do anything you put your mind to.

Congrats with your 6 none smoking years. I can't even remember how it is not to smoke. I was 12 when I started... isn't it sad... today I am 47 ... I have ben smoking for 35 years.... It's far out and I should quit but I won't cause I love it too much.. I have never tried to quit... 10+10 for this great page
