I love those pages that are really eye catching and when you look at them closely to see what makes them so special you find they are very simply scrapped with only a few elements. Just enough to make the image or images really stand out.
So let's take a minimalist approach for this challenge.

Keep it simple and use as little elements as possible. Just enough to enhance your photo.

You may enter up to 5 pages but only 1 can be a winner
