Your scrap just needs to be mainly shades of blue. Use other colors sparingly.
New scraps only. One winning scrap per person. Anyone with more than one winning scrap, the scrap(s) with lower scores will be removed after voting ends. Voting will end before the challenge ends.
Challenge Requirements:
1. Personal photos or internet images okay
2. The main color of your scrap needs to be shades of blue
3. Use other colors very sparingly
4. Any style
5. Be sure to give designer credit for kits and templates used
