Challenge Requirements:
1. Your scrap MUST have been entered in a challenge during February
2. It can NOT have won an award, that includes 1st, 2nd, 3rd or COC for the challenge as well as Scrapbook of the Week, Week's Funniest Scrapbook and Editor's Choice
3. Be sure to give designer credits, including the kit and template designer
