Halloween is coming up so for this challenge you’ll be creating a Halloween Ziggy
A Ziggy is a page created with elements only, and no background or frames.

Challenge Requirements:
Scrap a Halloween Ziggy
Personal or internet images (must be extracted) or tubes allowed
No backgrounds
!!!UPLOAD AS JPEG!!! If you upload it as a PNG file, you’re background will be black.
New pages only, uploaded after the start of the challenge. Only 1 winning page per person. Anyone with more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after voting has ended.
Voting will end 1 day before the challenge ends so that I can choose the COC.
