Embellished Hat
Create your own hat with embellishments.

Challenge Requirements:
1. Use a close-up portrait (personal or internet) of someone or a mannequin head.
2. Create a hat out of embellishments (If you use a hat or hat shape, cover most of it with embellishments. Be creative with the placement of flowers, buttons, ribbon, string, tags, gears, alphabet, etc).
3. Page can be scrapped in any style or theme. At least one person on the page with the embellished hat you have created.
4. New pages only.
5. Please credit the designer or source of any kits, elements, or images used.
