Create a Ziggy with a WINTER theme (there will be a Christmas Ziggy challenge after this one)
A Ziggy is a page created with elements only and no background, uploaded as a JPEG (see Challenge Requirements)
This challenge will run from 12/1/2013 – 12/14/2013
