OOB with Flair
Betty Boob asked me about an OOB challenge & I thought that is a great idea. We haven't had an Out of Bounds challenge for a while. They are a lot of fun & I am always amazed at the different interpretations of this style.
Challenge Requirements:
Create a page with an OOB (Out of Bounds)
Not many rules here scrap what ever your like
New pages only uplifted after the challenge starts
You may enter up to 5 pages but only 1 can be a winner
I will finish voting 1 day early so I can select my final COC
