Help me plan my sons 16th birthday party!
You are my party planner.I need ideas on what to plan for my sons 16th birthday party, he hasnt had a real "party" since he was little. He has a great group of friends, boys and girls.He loves computer gaming, skateboarding, music, and lots of laughing, and goofing off with his friends. I want this party to be one to be remembered by all. So anyone who has had a successful 16th for a boy, who understands or has experienced this once in a lifetime joy, Im waiting to hear your ideas. Joshua Ryan Wall, turns 16 on March 11 2010. I will be saving up for this March birthday, so hopefully money will NOT be and issue, Im prepared to spend (within reason) enough to make this turn out well, Im thinking a budget for party of around 500.00 to cover place, food, decorations, this will not count gifts, they will be separate. Does that sound like enough???? IM clueless. I want to start getting ideas ahead of time, Im really bad about procrastinating, but this is a special day for Josh.
Challenge Requirements:
Layout the birthday party, starting with the date, his bday falls on a friday, but thats a school day, so Im thinking the next day March 12th is a Saturday would be great. the timeline, invite ideas, and on through the place, the suprises, the cake, the whatever. Also a suprise idea to blow him and all the guests away, PG rated please. Gift ideas are also welcome, just any details that will help me plan the best party for him ever.
