1. Your page should contain:
-your OWN, ORIGINAL CHARACTER OR ICON to symbolize smiles and/or laughter (it can be a character with a full body instead of just a face or maybe even faceless);
-wordart of a quote about smiles and/or laughter; the wordart or quote need not be yours but text should contain the word "smile" and/or "laugh" ("laughter" is allowed);
-whatever other element you wish to include, but the icon and wordart should dominate the page;

2. Design your page in such a way that it brings on happy thoughts, smiles or laughter. Use happy colors. You can post up to 5 pages but can only win once. Your lower-ranking scrap/scraps will be removed when voting ends, should you win more than once.

3. Give proper credits to kit or wordart designers as well as authors of any quote you're using and vote for at least 7 other best scraps aside from your own.
