WW II Raymond Rankins
I have a photo of my father-in-law taken in the early 1940's in his Army uniform. He was awarded a Purple heart while in the Army. The photo is in need of some restoration, I would like to see what you scrappers can come up with. His name is Raymond Durwood Rankins, Sr.
