About this scrapbook page: |
I've been fiddling with this page for a couple of evenings as I was trying a new technique for me. I wanted to get an eerie feeling on the page so I stated with a normal BG, placed the wolf and barn on this, then made a second identical BG oblique to go over the top. The girl, flowers and eyes are then added on top of the oblique BG.- Did I get the eerie look or not ? I would welcome any other tips to getting an eerie look xxxxxxx

Sorry Madeline, I thought I'd caught up but I've just found a group of pages that I missed.Yes, you have achieved the look of eeriness with your blending of the two pages. You can also add spots of colour using fog, colouring it and inserting over or between layers to highlight areas. As well as eeriness you've added depth and heightened the light in the eyes and flowers. Brillliant work xxx
