About this scrapbook page:
Done for the Deadly challenge.

This snake is found all over Oklahoma. My husband works in the oilfields and has had to kill many rattlers that were around his wells. The biggest was nearly 7 foot and had 14 rattles plus a button.

the "button" is the last rattle on the very tip of the tail.

This is WOW, love the color theme, we don't have snakes in NZ, but I love how you have scraped this beauty.

We had one of those living under our house last year! We did not wuite know what to do and were afraid for our dogs and our cat. So we took it to the Lord. It decided to slither out of our property and a passing vehicle killed it as it was crossing the street. our neighbor across the street froze it stiff in its freezer to make ahat out of it. (Don't ask me why!)He measured it, it was 7 ft long!

I wouldn't have thought you could make a picture of a rattlesnake look attractive, but you have.

Yes, we have those too! My dog was bitten once in our front yard...she protected the kids. Fortunately, the vet is practically next door. Awesome page!

I don't know what a button is either (belly button? LOL), nor did I know that rattle snakes had more than one rattle, but the more rattling they do the better if you ask me - less chance of stepping on one LOL...one super fantastic scrap and so wonderfully informative!

Not sure about that "plus a button" - conjures up all sorts of pictures. Would hate to be confronted with one of these monsters. Fab page and info.
