I've always enjoyed good architecture unfortunately NZ is a relatively young country so we don't have magnificent old ruins & stately buildings. Christchurch which is called the garden city does have a few beautiful buildings & one of these is it's art gallery above. With it's walls of glass it is an amazing sight. The statue above is called the chalice & stands in Cathedral square in the heart of Christchurch.

Fabulous page and architecture! Love the floral elements on the sides of the photos! Interesting history but you've left something out. I saw the Lord of the Rings so I know there are cute little Hobbit houses, castles, and many old ruins. You also have the most interesting talking trees! 10cp
