WOW! I enjoyed reading each and everyone of these pages. Your journaling is so many things, eloquent, compelling, heartfelt, and the list goes on. I think that you have touched many with these pages and brought awareness to something that many of us could never understand. +10cp

as I began reading your essay I thought "oh kate this is too powerfully eloquent to end up removed because you didnt have the three required words included" then I found them on your last page and almost cheered! not only have you covered staying "here for life" but you've fostered understanding of those that don't.

WOW very powerful essay. I have been there. But you wrote it so eloquently. My husband tells me that demon is my illness talking, that i's twisting the logic in my head so it is too irrational to respond to other people's rational and loving attempts to comfort me. When I feel like leaving would be doing those I love a favor, the demon has almost won. But I am still here. I am here with you. Hugs

I love that you used sunflowers on this particular page of the scrapbook. Mission Australia used to have an annual Sunflower Day when our Sydney Harbour could be seen with floating sunflowers, one for each life lost to suicide in the previous year. Sad but hopeful that next year their number would be less.
