HI Julia. Thanks for your comment. Geologists try to explain this but their explanations have big flaws in them and are contradictory. Geologists measure the age of the earth through the layers. They do this by looking at the fossils in the layers. The problem is, the age the fossils by what layer they are in. It's assumption NOT fact.
