I know ya'll have seen this before but I'm trying to upload it as an album for gypsykate's challenge, so had to delete it and upload it again.
Started off tinting the page, then added a focal light, then added a special effect to give the "foggy" effect to the background, then added a rain mask.

these are both beautiful man-and-nature scenes but in the photo, my attention is held by the water, how cool and refreshing it is! in the art that you created, the girl is the focal point of this beautiful colorful scene - love the colors and wordart too!
