In Australia we have several sports that are referred to as Football, my game of choise is Australian Rules Football, "Aussie Rules". Few pics of Dad & I in teams as teenagers. Dad is 3rd from right in second row in top pic, all of 18 and playing Country Week. He is also the bloke in white in the bottom pic. I am the 3rd player from left standing up in the bottom pic, all of 16 & still in highschool. This was my 2nd year in the "Mens" and played in four different decades until 39, had a blast too!

Nah, don't believe a word of it! That's not you in the top pic..way too smooth and hairless! Nice kit though, very err...figure-hugging! (And yes I zoomed in- just to check out the material!) Did you sew it yourself? Your Dad's team looks pretty impressive but they obviously had a joker among them who chopped the sleeves off half the jerseys! BTW What happened in 1939 to stop you playing? 10+10!
