For the past few years I have started a new Christmas Dinner tradition by serving Tamales and my family love it. They go to their other side of the family for the usual and them come here for Tamales. I alway buy them from a sweet lady down the road from me, but I will have to give them a try myself this year using your recipe. Great layout. The colors you used make it so easy to read.
