Australia National Flower - Acacia pycnantha/ Golden Wattle. Also in the Australian Coat of Arms. The smal BW pic is the bark being bagged up for tannin. I realise you have already seen this page but unlike the first two I put in Gypsykate's challenge I forgot the journaling so this is my replacement page.

These do remind me of the Whins that grow everywhere round here...not the same family just the same shade of yellow("Kissing's out of fashion when the whins are not in bloom"...ie they bloom nearly all year round!) I've heard that YOUR wattle IS very attractive, though, even if it HASN'T got much stamina...a bit more water might help it last..or certain chemicals..Great page, well done!
