About this scrapbook page:
The first time I ever read this poem, it became my favorite, even before I had kids. It speaks volumes about how every day, we are teaching our kids, either to find love in the world, and confidence in themselves, or to feel hostility, guilt, and shame. They are watching us, everything we do and say, they are watching. I hope you enjoy this poem as much as I do. Author is Dorothy Law Nolte.
I entered this one in the "poetry inspired" challenge, just so more people could enjoy it.

I love it, the poem, the page, everything.
I printed it off to give copies to my grandchildren (the ones who have children).
I didn't realize there was a faint picture of two children until I printed it off. I guess I am getting blind in my old age.
