Such a beautiful and heart-felt page. I can only imagine what you go through. I have a little 10 yr old 2nd cousin(thomas) who's mother is bipolar among other things too. She can be very scary sometimes and has to be watched when she's around Thomas. Hopefull, it won't pass to him. I wish you and your daughter much happiness. God bless and beautiful page.

Great Page! My daughter is Bipolar as well. I know the trials and tribulations and know from personal experience that it is a very exhausting disorder! We have issues it seems like every half hour to hour. Just remember that there are other parents out there that are going through the same situation and you have support from this "Bipolar Child" parent!

YOu did a great thing designing such a wonderful page. Some of the folks I work with have bipolar disorder and it's so hard to deal with. It's seems though that the earlier they are diagnosed, the better the folks do as they grow! Lots of luck with your beautiful child!

It is more understood now, thank goodness!! Hard desease to deal with; but if you try to understand and admit it makes it a lot easier. Also have better meds to deal with it now!! A beautiful page for a beautiful child...someone once told me there is no disease as dibilitating as ignorance! (My oldest son has Tourette Syndrome since the age of 6) The more people are made aware, the more educated, the more hope can prevail...god bless you for allowing hope to prevail!!!

Great page. I also have a daughter who is bi-polar. She was grown before diagnosed. She pretty much knows how to control her moods, so hopefully your daughter will learn as well. And yes, patience is the key.

This is a beautiful page. Bi-polar impacts so many people - you did a great job creating a personal, touching awareness page. I am so glad you have a diagnosis as it seems easier to fight a foe when it is named . . . Best wishes for you and your family!

We have a sister who is bi-polar. She wasn't diagnosed until in her 20's (and didn't show any symptoms until then either) so I can't begin to imagine what you and your daughter are going through when she has been diagnosed so early in life. Certainly a powerful and thought-provoking page! Blessings to you all!
