This was Jacob's birth announcement photo. Jacob came into our lives at 1 1/2 years old. He stole our hearts right a way. He is in every way a blessing in our lives.
He has had so much tragedy in his life at such an early age, and yet he is one of the most loving, giving, caring lil man I have ever been blessed to know. He truly was a "God send". In our eyes and in our heart...he IS our grandson today, tomorrow and forever.
