Meet Commander Dean A Gould, CDR, CEC, USN; Commander of NMCB18 Battalion presently stationed in Iraq. This is a good friend of my eldest son. He is a great person and well worth Honoring. He is a Career Officer in the Navy and his family and friends believe he is a person that shall “Stand Out” as he helps put the “World Back Together”. I hope he and his family enjoys my small effort.
