PUT IN A POT: 6 spoons of olive oil, 2 pieces of garlic,4 tomatoes cut in little pieces, parsely. Cook slowly for 5 min stirring.Cut a 150 gr.squid & a 150 gr. octopus in little pieces. Put in the sauce prepared before, add 1 fourth glass of white wine and cook for 20 min. Add 100 gr cleaned shrimps cut in little pieces & cook other 5 min. Boil in another pot 200 gr rice. When the rice is almost ready pour the sauce on the rice stirring and cook for another 5 min.
