Journaling: One challenge we faced with the blackout was a freezer full of thawing meat. As friends do in times of need, we invited everyone over for a cookout. In the dark, with not much more than a flashlight, we grilled up the meet from the freezer and the veggies from the fridge. A great time was had by all. When life throws you a lemon . . .
