I seen the phobia challenge.... Guess what my page is? And guess where I was today. Yep, Dentist!!! I had the second phase of a root canal done and man does it hurt. Putting it in the phobia challange.

I used to hate the dentist, but started using the same distraction technique I learned in birthing class and focus on something outside of myself while in the chair. It works for me, but if the dentist asks me a question, it messes me all up! Great Page!!!!

I hate the dentist too. Last week I had to have a tooth pulled but after seeing my son have four pulled before he had his braces last year I wasn't scared. it didn't hurt. I was amazed. Great page by the way!

Ow! Ow! Ow! Boy do I agree with this one! And sympathise! Thank God you didn't put a pic of the drill or the sucky thing in your page or I wouldn't even have been able to look at it! As far as the scariest thing in the challenge goes...THIS SHOULD WIN!!! Gets my votes! Now I'm off to have a few nightmares.....!
