This is one of my daughter's teammates. She'd struggled with this back flip in practice all week and one day was reduced to tears because she couldn't get it. BUT! On the day of the competition...she FLEW!

Ok I admire this, I can tell you where I would have been had I tried that at anytime in my life! I truly love to watch gymnastics, it is awsome how they get their bodies to do those things.
