I made this page as an example for the Where I'm From challenge that I posted. As an English teacher, I have given this assignment each semester to cultivate culteral awareness and open-mindedness.
This is my own "Where I'm From" poem inspired by George Ella Lyons's original.
Writing this poem and creating this page has been very therapeutic and emotional but enjoyable.
