My brave 20 year old niece, who is a single Mommy to Claudia, has moved from Texas to Las Vegas to attend the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts so that she can make a better life for herself and Claudia. She's working towards a goal and I know she can accomplish it! Never give up!
