My mom was the original scrapper in the family. she would take me down to the local drugstore for photos a few times each year. Then she'd write my age in black marker. this is my favorite because she is in it, plus she bought us matching shirts. I really wanted to try and preserve her journaling - in her handwriting - and show how special this made me feel.

I think that is really special to be able to scrap a scrapbook page from so long ago - oops I meant about 20 years ago lol!! Seriously though that is fantastic. We never had any scrapbooks and precious few photo albums. You are lucky indeed. Off to look at the challenge!

Yes you have definitly got the look alike factor and great page. Just in case you haven't found the creater of the flower I would be looking in the direction of Catherine/poppy65au and her micaela Kit if I'm not mistaken.
