I made this for my partner Tom who looked after his mum [Maxine] at home for 5 years after she had a stroke. She died 3 years ago today of colon cancer. This is my favourite picture of her and thought it would make a wonderful memory for Tom.
Just added this LO to the "Our Heritage" challenge, come have some fun and vote.
